Shipping Cost
- Flat rate of $6.99 per order.
Order Review & Changes
- Please ensure your order is correct before finalising, as we do not accept changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shipping Address
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery to avoid any shipping delays.
- Double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Dispatch & Delivery
- We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on the next business day, usually Monday.
- Please note: In some cases, processing times may take longer, with delays of 3-7 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
- Delivery timeframes by region from the date of dispatch: North Island: 1–2 business days. South Island: 2–4 business days (delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed)
Order Combining
- We aim to get your order to you as soon as we can. Due to the speed of dispatch, we are unable to combine orders for shipping.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within New Zealand only
Peak Seasons & Public Holidays
- During busy periods such as sales, public holidays, and the lead-up to Christmas, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. While we always aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, please allow additional time for couriers to deliver during peak season.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please let us know immediately, or within 24 hours of the delivery status update. This allows us to investigate with the courier in a timely manner. Delays in reporting may impact the ability to locate the parcel or process any claims.
Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender
- If no one is available to receive the delivery and it cannot be left safely, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. In some cases, the parcel may be taken to a local depot for collection or returned to us.
- If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed from the depot, we can resend it, but a new shipping fee may apply.
