4.2 Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email. This is not a guarantee we will supply the item. Your order is only accepted once we’ve sent a shipping confirmation.

4.3 We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Pricing or listing errors.

4.4 If an order is cancelled after payment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8.1 Ownership of goods transfers to you once we’ve received full payment.

8.2 Risk in the goods (e.g. loss or damage during shipping) passes to you once they are handed over to our courier.

9.1 We aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot guarantee specific timeframes.

9.2 Delivery delays may occur, especially during busy periods or for rural addresses.

9.3 It’s your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or refusal to accept it, you may be charged additional fees.

9.4 If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

10.1 Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to all purchases made from noem.

10.2 If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and include your order number.

10.3 Items being returned must be in original condition (unless faulty) and sent using a tracked service. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
